Enrofloxacin 10% oral solution

For prevention and treatment of:

  • Chronic Respiratory Disease (Mycoplasma gallisepticum complicated by E. coli)
  • Airsacculitis (Mycoplasma meleagridis)
  • Infectious Synovitis (Mycoplasma synoviae)
  • Colibacillosis (E. coli), Salmonellosis (Salmonella)
  • Fowl Cholera (Pasteurella multocida)
  • Turkey Bordetellosis (Bordetella avium)
  • Infectious Coryza (Haemophilus paragallinarum)
  • Erysipelas (Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae)
  • Chlamydiosis (Chlamydia psittaci)
  • Mixed infections

Each ml of CuRxTM oral solution contains:

Enrofloxacin          100 mg
Aqueous Base q.s.

Mechanism of Action
Enrofloxacin is a flouroquinolone that inhibits the replication of bacteria by irreversible inhibition of bacterial enzyme DNA gyrase.


  • Broad spectrum of activity against Gram positive, Gram negative bacteria and Mycoplasma
  • High absorption rate of Enrofloxacin
  • Excellent tissue distribution that allows accumulation in white blood cells and high concentration at infected tissue
  • Prevents major economic loss due to CRD

Dosage & Administration
For Prevention:
2.5 mg to 5 mg per kg body weight for 3 to 5 days (1 ml CuRxTM oralin 4-8 litres of drinking water)
For Treatment:
10 mg per kg body weight for 3-5 days (1 ml of CuRxTM oral in 2 litres of drinking water)
Or, as directed by the Veterinary Practitioner only
