Inactivated IBD ND IB

Composition:

Each dose contains not less than a pre-inactivation titer of 1 x 10⁹ EID₅₀ Newcastle Disease virus, 1 x 10^6.2 TCID₅₀ Infectious Bursal disease virus and 1 x 10^6.9 EID₅₀ of Avian Infectious Bronchitis virus.

Indication:

An inactivated vaccine developed for breeder hens and replacement pullets to provide broad protection, throughout the production lifecycle, against Newcastle disease, Infectious Bronchitis originating from the Massachusetts type strain, and Gumboro Disease. Additionally, it gives high levels of parental immunity to the progeny.

Vaccination Program: 

• The birds should be ‘primed’ with a live virus Newcastle-Bronchitis vaccine between 10 to 14 days of age, and again at 12 weeks of age.
• Additionally, prime with mild or intermediate strain of live IBD virus at 21 days and again at 12 weeks of age.
• Vaccinate with this vaccine between 16 to 20 weeks of age.
• A dose of 0.5 ml per bird is recommended.
• If birds are held for a second year, breeders should revaccinate during molt.

Administration:

The vaccine should be brought to room temperature before use. It must be injected subcutaneously in the lower neck region, using standard aseptic techniques. Ensure that all birds in the flock are properly vaccinated, but do not vaccinate within 42 days before slaughter.

Pack Size and Storage:

‍ The vaccine is available in 500 ml polypropylene bottles and 18 bottles are packed per case. Each bottle contains 1000 doses of the vaccine. Protect the vaccine from light and store between 2°C and 8°C; do not freeze it.
