INACTIVATED H9N2
Composition:
Each dose contains Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza virus, H9N2 strain inducing potency ≥ 5 log2 HI per dose.
Indication:
This vaccine has been developed for use in chickens and breeder hens to give broad protection against Low Pathogenic Avian Influenza (H9N2) virus.
Vaccination Program:
For Breeder and Commercial Layers: Vaccinate between 8 to 12 weeks of age. Revaccinate 3 to 4 weeks later. Dosage is 0.5 mL(½ mL) per bird.
For Chicks: Vaccinate between 1 to 7 days of age. Dosage is 0.25 mL (1/4 mL) per bird.
Administration:
Bring the vaccine to room temperature before use. Inject subcutaneously in the lower neck region using standard aseptic techniques. Ensure that all birds in the flock are properly vaccinated. Do not vaccinate within 28 days of slaughter.
Pack Size and Storage:
Available in 500 mL polypropylene bottles. Each bottle contains 1000 doses of vaccine. Protect the vaccine from light and store between 2°C and 8°C; do not freeze.
